Shipping Method

• Dispatched within 1–2 working days

• Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch

Tracking

• Standard envelope shipping does not include tracking

• If you require tracking, please select a tracked shipping option at checkout (where available)

Delivery Responsibility

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout

• We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or incorrect addresses

Lost or Delayed Mail

• If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us and we will assist

• Claims for non-tracked mail can only be made after Royal Mail’s standard waiting period
